<p>An extrusion sole massager includes a moving subassembly and a massage pole (2). The moving subassembly includes a crank rocker mechanism and a cam mechanism. The cam (6) of the cam mechanism and the rocker (8) of the crank rocker mechanism are fitted on an common rotating shaft (7). The massage pole (2) has a cylindrical structure, and sheathes on a cam lever (4) of the cam mechanism, which forming movable fit with the cam lever (4). A compression spring (3) is provided between the massage pole (2) and the cam lever (4), and the massage pole (2) is positioned by a support sliding bush (1). A groove (11) is provided on the lower end of the cam lever (4), and an idler wheel (5) is provided in the groove (11). The idler wheel (5) and the cam (6) are in rolling contact.
