PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a conductive/heating polymer, a manufacturing method the heating-yarn using thereof, and the heating-yarn are provided to prevent the generation of environmental pollutants from a solution for manufacturing the heating yarn. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a conductive/heating polymer for producing a heating-yarn comprises the following steps: mixing a thermoplastic resin including thermoplastic rubber, a conductive filler, an inner activator, and an outer activator, and stirring the mixture; and extruding the stirred thermoplastic resin to obtain a resin with the uniformly dispersed state.
