PURPOSE: A digital set-top device for transmitting contents to a web site and a contents processing method using the same are provided to receive various web services using the contents and uploads the contents to the web site without a personal computer. CONSTITUTION: A storage media(204) stores a plurality of contents. A contents transmitter(206) transmits contents data through an internet to a website(230). The content transmitter offers an interface inputting the information of the website. The content transmitter transmits the contents to the website corresponding to the website information inputted through the interface.
