<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cancer cell-separating device which can highly accurately separate cancer cells from other cells without largely giving damage to the cells, and to provide a cancer-separating method. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the cancer cell-separating device that has a passage having an antibody-immobilized region to which an antibody specifically binding to the cancer cells is immobilized, and separates the cancer cells from other cells by the utilization of the difference between the moving speeds of the cancer cells and the other cells in a cell suspension introduced into the passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
