The present invention relates to a manual and automatic welding torch to enable users to carry out manual and automatic welding using a single welding torch. The manual and automatic welding torch comprises a torch clip (101) which comprises a trigger (120), a driving switch (103), a carriage connector (107), a pair of welding signal lines (161, 162) and which is detachably attached to a welding carriage (C); an adaptor (109) joined to a wire feeder (F); and a welding cable (108) for connecting the adaptor (109) to the torch clip (101) to supply a wire, an atmospheric gas, and the arc power of a welder to the torch clip (101). Therefore, the manual and automatic welding torch carries out manual welding using the trigger (102) by separating the torch clip (101) from the welding carriage (C); and automatic welding using the welding carriage (C) after mounting the torch clip (101) on the welding carriage (C).
