摘要 A class-E self-excited oscillator comprises an active element (chopper transistor), one transistor lead is connected to a common wire, to the second lead a protection diode and two resistors are connected, one resistor is connected to a power source, the second – to the common wire. A feedback signal is supplied to said lead (gate or base); to the third lead (drain or collector) a one terminal of a choke is connected, the second terminal of the choke is connected to a power source, the first capacitor (shunting) is connected to the common wire, and an output link comprising series connected second capacitor and first inductance. The third capacitor is connected to third terminal thereof. To second lead thereof the third capacitor is connected, whose second lead is connected to the common wire, and the second inductance, whose second lead is connected to the parallel connected load resistor and fourth capacitor, the second leads are connected to the common wire and fifth capacitor, whose second lead is connected to a connection point of transistor input and fourth inductance, to which the sixth capacitor is connected, whose second lead is connected to the common wire.
