<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel time information processing apparatus and a driving route search system capable of increasing a quality of statistical travel time, even when a state becomes stationary after a change of a traffic situation. <P>SOLUTION: When it is determined that traffic information on nonstationary data stored in a nonstationary data storage unit 306 has a stationary state, the traffic information is stored in a stationary data storage unit 305 and is handled as stationary data thereafter. Therefore, even when a traffic situation changes, a quality of statistical travel time can be increased.
