<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade for tire spew cutting which can cut spew formed at a tire surface more adequately than the conventional.SOLUTION: The blade for tire spew cutting is a blade for tire spew cutting in which spew formed on the surface of a tire after vulcanization is cut by plural cutter blades arranged in parallel with each other, and tapered guide grooves which induce spew are formed between the plural cutter blades. The angleθ1 of tapering in the guide groove satisfies 3°<θ1<15°, and the ratio (A/B) between the width A of the entrance of the guide groove and the thickness B of the spew satisfies 1<(A/B). The bottom surface of the tip part of the cutter blade is inclined and raised from the base part to the tip side, and the inclination angleθ2 of the inclination satisfies 1°<θ2<8°. The tip of the upper surface of the cutter blade is r-processed and the curvature radius R of r-processing satisfies 2 mm<R<10 mm.</p> |
