<p>Provided are a conductive contact holder that is realized in a thin figure with its strength maintained, achieving reduction in production time and cost, and a method for manufacturing such a conductive contact holder. The method for manufacturing a conductive contact holder includes: forming, with an insulating material, a holder member that holds a plurality of conductive contacts 2; forming, with a conductive material, a substrate 4 that has a hollow portion to which the holder member can be fitted; and fitting and fixing the holder member formed at the forming the holder member to the hollow portion provided in the substrate 4 formed at the forming the substrate. At the fitting and fixing, the holder member and the substrate may be fastened with screws 5. Inside the conductive contact holder, a flow path may be formed that penetrates the holder member and the substrate 4, and that provides communication with a plurality of holder holes 33 and 34 each other, so as to allow gas flow.</p> |
