The present invention provides a silicone adhesive composition capable of increasing a contact property with a substrate through a single coating. The silicone adhesive composition include (A) an organopolysiloxane having an organic group including at least two alkenyl-containing organic groups among a first molecule; (B) a polyorganosiloxane including (R^2)_3SiO_(1/2) unit and SiO_(4/2) unit in a molar ratio of 0.6 to 1.0 represented by (R^2)_3SiO_(1/2) unit/SiO_(4/2) unit; (C) a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least three Si-H groups among the first molecule; (D) a platinum group metallic catalyst; and (E) a compound having one or more repeating units represented by Formula (3) among the first molecule and one or more Si-H groups.
