A beverage dissolved with phytosterol. The beverage contains 10 mg to 120 mg of phytosterol per 100 ml. The production method for the beverage dissolved with phytosterol comprises: completely dissolving phytosterol in white spirit or edible alcohol of 40°C-90°C containing 50%-99% of ethanol; and placing the ethanol solution dissolved with phytosterol in a beverage of 40°C-99°C and mixing them uniformly. |
