<p>The present invention relates to a handler which electrically connects a semiconductor device to a tester side when testing a produced semiconductor device. According to the present invention, the handler guides the proper seating of a badly seated semiconductor device by applying an impact to a test tray through a re-operation of a part of the entire operations of an operating device for operating a latch installed in an insert of a test tray, thereby notably reducing the manual work by a manager and raising the operating ratio of the handler.</p> |
