PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device assembly having configuration and structure capable of outputting laser light of more ultrashort pulse.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser device assembly is constituted of a semiconductor laser element 10, and a dispersion compensation optical system 110 to and from which the laser light emitted from the semiconductor laser element 10 enters and exits. The dispersion compensation optical system 110 controls the group velocity dispersion value for each wavelength of the laser light emitted from the semiconductor laser element.
