PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand for a solar panel capable of easily adjusting an inclination angle of the solar panel, without requiring to replace a member for constituting the stand for the solar panel, when adjusting the inclination angle of the solar panel.SOLUTION: A stand for a solar panel of the present invention comprises: a first frame member 6 for supporting the solar panel 1; a second frame member 7 for supporting the first frame member 6 and extending in the orthogonal direction; and a fixing member 4 fixed to a foundation 3 arranged on an installation surface. The second frame member 7 is fastened to the fixing member 4 via a fastening member 5. A liner member 25 is arranged between the second frame member 7 and the fixing member 4, and a first surface 26 on the fixing member 4 side in the liner member 25, is formed as a curved surface of becoming convex on the fixing member 4 side, and abuts on the fixing member 4. |
