PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorber that ensures high performance from a combination of a diagonal member, a variable angle joint and a spring. SOLUTION: The shock absorber 37 has a downward diagonal member 39 on each side of a load bearer 38, and a spring material 41 and an end fixing member 44 both at the end of the diagonal member. The diagonal member 39 provides variable angle joints using a hinged joint 40 at the upper end and the rubber-elastic body 41 with a hollow 42 at the lower end.
