The present invention relates to the field of X-ray engineering, medical diagnosis and also to the field of nondestructive control and can be used in manufacturing X-ray imaging detectors. The detector comprises a matrix array camera of photosensitive elements arranged on a common substrate. The increase of productivity in detector design, providing matrix photosensitive surface flatness are achieved by the production of the detector in which the assembly of each photosensitive element is performed in a calibration device including a detachable assembly for setting a given thickness of an element. Each element is an assembly unit and includes a photosensitive plate and a substrate, between which an elastically transformable intermediate layer is arranged and fixed by an adhesive. The photosensitive elements are mounted on the common substrate with a possibility of being replaced without the disturbance on matrix photosensitive surface flatness. |
