<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring system of a collective housing capable of automatically terminating services such as monitoring etc. of a relevant residence at a point when an occupant evacuates the residence.SOLUTION: The remote monitoring system includes a building common area management unit h that stores the state of residence management units c1-cn, and a state of a door which is being opened for a certain period of time; i.e., an abnormality of a long-opened door in the respective residences B1-Bn. Detecting an abnormality on any of the residence management units c1-cn, the building-common area management unit h searches for any abnormality of long-opened door within a certain period of time in the residences B1-Bn. If any abnormality is found, the building-common area management unit h determines that the abnormality of the relevant unit in the residence management units c1-cn is due to a shut-off of a breaker k1-kn after a remove and evacuation, and no dispatch is made.</p> |
