摘要 <p>A circuit for verifying binary information such as a security key (2) for an electronic device comprises storage means for storing the binary information (2) formed of a series of binary states, an input bus for presenting a candidate key (3) to be compared with the binary information (2) and means of comparison (4) for delivering an authorization signal (Sa) when the candidate key (3) corresponds to the binary information (2). The storage means comprise a plurality of Hall crosses (1), receiving a magnetic field or comprising an inherent magnetic moment oriented perpendicularly to the plane of the cross defined by the branches and in a direction linked with the binary states of the information (2), the means of comparison (4) being connected between the ends (51, 52) of a reading path (5).</p>
