The present invention relates to an apparatus for preparing biodiesel, wherein the apparatus for preparing biodiesel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises; a case having an empty inner space; a separation member disposed in the center of the inner space of the case to separate the space into a upper space and a lower space and to have a discharge opening capable of opening and closing; a heating wire member penetrating through the upper space and the lower space of the case to have a center coinciding with the center of the case; an agitator disposed in the lower space to have a center coinciding with the center of the case and a spiral blade; and a sprayer disposed in the lower space and attached to the wall of the case to spray sodium hydroxide and methanol, wherein waste edible oil is used to prepare biodiesel.
