<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rotor which achieves lower equipment cost, stabilizes the shape at the time of manufacture, eliminates the need for a cooling device when assembled as a rotary electric machine. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a rotor 5 having a rotor core 3 including slots for magnet insertion 2 and a rotor shaft 4 includes: a magnet insertion process where permanent magnets 1 are inserted into the rotor core 3; a fixation material hardening process where a fixation material 10 fixing the permanent magnets 1 is injected to the slots for the magnet insertion 2 and the fixation material 10 is thermally hardened; and a shrink fit process where the rotor shaft 4 is inserted into the rotor core 3 through shrink fit. A heat source jig 6 used in one of an injection process for the fixation material 10 in the fixation material hardening process and the shrink fit process is used as a heat source in the other process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
