The present invention relates to a cutting apparatus of a rolled material. According to the present invention, the cutting apparatus of a rolled material includes: a main body to be moved along a rail; a cutter installed on one side of the main body to cut both front ends of a rolled material; a driving motor provided on the top of the main body to be connected to a rotary shaft of the cutter around a belt; a tension adjustment part which allows the driving motor to move on the top of the main body in order to adjust the tension of the belt; and a gravity center part installed on the other side of the main body to prevent the main body from being tilted by the cutter when the main body moves to cut both front ends of the rolled material. Therefore, the cutting apparatus of a rolled material prevents the main body from being tilted to one side as a weight box accepting a weight changes its position in accordance with the center of gravity of the main body which moves to cut the rolled material.
