PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a fastening bolt capable of achieving effectively locking of the fastening bolt, and to provide an electric connection terminal board and an electric power steering device.SOLUTION: A fixing structure of a fastening bolt includes: a fixing member 15a comprising a resin which is absorptive to laser light, and fixed to the head of a bolt 15; an electric connection terminal board 14 comprising a resin which is transparent to laser light, for fastening the bolt 15; and a terminal board cover 16 for covering the bolt 15 from above. The fixing member 15a and the terminal board cover 16 are fixed by laser welding.
