PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to display presentation associated with operation to an operator itself and easily confirm operation performed by itself while performing operation.SOLUTION: The operation device includes: a flat display 11 disposed in an operation region A corresponding to an upper surface whole area; a plurality of operators 12, disposed in the operation region A, and arranged on the flat display 11; and a first display control part 21 that displays an effect image set at each operator 12 on the flat display 11 in accordance with operation of each of the operators.
