Disclosed are a thread creation method, a service request processing method and a related device. The method comprises: acquiring the number of network card queues of a multi-queue network card of a server; creating processes which are equal to the network card queues in number; creating one monitoring thread and a plurality of working threads in each process; and respectively binding all the created monitoring threads with different network card queues. By means of the solution provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the creation of processes and threads is made more reasonable, and the efficiency for a server to process concurrent service requests is improved.
