<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for a cutting spring of a belt tensioner which cuts both ends of a spring at high speeds. The apparatus for cutting a spring of a belt tensioner comprises: a supporting stand; a spring jig including a moving unit positioned on a center of an upper part of the supporting stand, and can move forwards and backwards; a clamp which fixates a spring and is positioned on an upper part of the moving unit; and a spring cutter. The spring cutter comprises: lower fixing bodies installed in both sides of the upper part of the supporting stand respectively, in such a manner that the lower fixing bodies are opposite of each other; cylinder units, which are included on the lower fixing bodies respectively, and are operated toward a moving unit; angle control bodies positioned on the ends of the cylinder units respectively; a rotating cutter fixated at a predetermined angle by the angle control bodies and moved by the cylinder unit to cut a spring in such a manner that the center point of the spring is aligned with the cut surfaces of both ends of the spring.</p> |
