<p>This ventilation damper (1) is provided with: a frame (7) which internally comprises a passage (6) that has an inlet hole (3) opening to the chamber exterior (2) and an outlet hole (5) opening to the chamber interior (4); a fin (8) which is arranged in the frame (7) so as to allow rotation about an axis (O1) in a direction (R) between a passage open position and a passage closed position; and a rotation means (9) which forcibly rotates the fin (8) to the passage closed position. With the above configuration, regardless of changes in the flow rate of the passage airflow, the airflow can be utilized to pass a fixed amount of air into a chamber, and also, when a large pressure difference occurs between interior and exterior of the chamber, causing an airflow in the passage greater than or equal to a specific flow speed, the airflow can be utilized to naturally close the passage.</p> |
