PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen preparation method and hydrogen production apparatus as well as a corresponding computer program product, in which the hydrogen can be dried before compression.SOLUTION: Provided is a hydrogen preparation method in which a step of forming hydrogen that can be formed by involving external species in the suction side of an electrochemical compressor, and a step of transporting ions of hydrogen through the membrane of compressor by using the electrical potential applied between a first electrode on the suction side of compressor and a second electrode on the pressure side of compressor in order to enhance the hydrogen partial pressure in the pressure side of compressor and in order to hold the external species in the suction side of compressor, are carried out. |
