<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a movable range at a depression angle side, of a head portion.SOLUTION: An oscillation mechanism 3 for supporting a head portion 2 rotatably in a crosswise direction, includes a U-shaped frame having a base bottom portion supported rotatably in the crosswise direction on a central shaft of a pipe 23 at an upper end of the pipe 23, and both blades extended upward from right and left both ends of the base bottom portion. Both blades hold a fan motor 13 from right and left both sides when observed from the longitudinal direction, and support the head portion 2 rotatably in a vertical direction at a position above and in front of the upper end of the pipe 23.</p> |
