PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing a heteroaromatic pyrrolidinone derivative as a spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) inhibitor, and a method of application of the heteroaromatic pyrrolidinone derivative for treatment of disorders related to immune system and inflammation, such as rheumatoid arthritis.SOLUTION: There are provided a compound represented by the formula 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. There are also provided a material and a method for preparing the compound and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. They are applied for treatments of various diseases by inhibition of SYK by the pharmaceutical composition. There is provided a method of application of the compound and the pharmaceutically acceptable salt for treatment of disorders, diseases, and conditions related to immune system and inflammation, such as rheumatoid arthritis, malignant hematologic disorders, and epidermal malignant. |
