The present invention relates to a food composition for improving a liver function, wherein the composition contains an Arctium lappa L. extract as a primary active ingredient; contains an extract of Dendropanax morbiferus and an extract of I Ilex paraguarensis as additional active ingredients for improving a liver function; contains a vitamin C (L-Ascorbric acid) as an additional active ingredient for improving anti-oxidant activity; and contains a gold extract as an additional active ingredient for a better preservation.
