An elbow joint rehabilitation device comprises a base frame, an extension frame, a chair portion, a chest support portion, and right and left rehabilitation portions. The base frame is fixed on a bottom. The extension frame is fixed to the base frame and upwardly extends. The chair portion is fixed on the extension frame so that a user sits thereon. The chest support portion is fixed on the extension frame and disposed on a front surface of the chair portion so as to support the chest of the user. The right and left rehabilitation portions are fixed to both sides of the chest support portion so as to rehabilitate the user′s right and left muscular power and right and left elbow joints. The right and left rehabilitation portions perform rehabilitation by being independently operated according to the right and left muscular power or the states of the right and left elbow joints.
