PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colorimetric device or the like capable of measuring even an image on which printing or the like is performed by using a special ink or the like that is not emitted by visible light.SOLUTION: A colorimetric device 70 includes: an object arrangement part 72 for arranging an object printed with an ink or the like that is emitted by invisible light; an ultraviolet ray emission part 73a for irradiating the object with invisible light; a light receiving part 75 for receiving light of the emitted ink; a luminance information acquisition part for acquiring luminance information of the received light; and a color reference information acquisition part for converting, on the basis of the luminance information, color information into color standard individual information based on color standard information that is standard information of a color. On the basis of the color standard individual information, printer coloring property reference information is generated that is reference information capable of adjusting coloring of another printer based on properties of a relevant printer.
