<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a slight difference between detected operation sound and normal operation sound of equipment to properly diagnose an abnormal condition of the equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The device for diagnosing abnormal operation noise of equipment includes: an operation sound detecting part 2; an equipment operation analyzing part 3; an operation section determining part; a characteristics extraction part 32; a characteristics storage part 33; and an abnormal condition determining part 34 that causes the characteristics storage part to store spectral characteristics of any one of the sections in one cycle of the equipment in mass production, and calculates diagnostic spectrum distortion of average spectral characteristics of the section corresponding to the any one of the sections in one cycle of the equipment in mass production, to determine an abnormal condition of the equipment when the diagnostic spectrum distortion is larger than predetermined reference spectrum distortion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
