An intelligent routing and automated workflow queuing system for a health care receives information related to health care provider patient treatment assets and individual patient data record information consisting of one or more patient information including urgent medical needs, special accommodation needs, VIP status, participation in a research or clinical trial, appointment reason, anticipated amount of health care provider work time needed for this visit, scheduled appointment start time, cumulative wait time in the health care provider setting for this visit as well as other variables. Responsive to this information, the system calculates a quantitative priority variable for each patient and then calculates a quantitative priority variable for each Health Care provider, for automatically prioritizing and queuing patients for a next care step based on the information related to the health care provider patient treatment assets and individual patient data record information. |
