PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial and antiviral paint capable of forming an antibacterial and antiviral paint film having an excellent water resistance.SOLUTION: Provided is an antibacterial and antiviral paint that is obtained by blending a quaternary ammonium salt (A) represented by the following formula (1) and a polycarboxylic acid (B) having a hydrocarbon group of 6 or more carbon atoms and 2 or more carboxyl groups into an acrylic paint.
