PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card processor and a card guiding section, that can eliminate static electricity of a card to be inserted into a housing.SOLUTION: A card processor comprises a card processing section, a housing, a card insertion port, a card guiding section and a neutralization member. The card processing section applies either processing of data readout and data writing to a card holding data. The housing houses the card processing section. The card insertion port receives insertion of the card into the housing and introduces the card at a position enabling the card processing section to perform the processing. The card guiding section has approximately-parallel guiding surfaces in an insertion direction of the card into the card insertion port, is arranged on the upstream side in the insertion direction, of the card insertion port, and guides the card. The neutralization member is provided at the card guiding section and eliminates static electricity of the card in a non-contact state. |
