BAIKAL DRINKING WATER OBTAINMENT METHOD

FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and is intended for Baikal drinking water obtainment. The method involves deep water withdrawal from Lake Baikal, water filtration, sterilisation, dispensing into the vessel and closuring. At first one performs deep water sterilisation by way of ultraviolet irradiation and ozone-containing water introduction into deep water. Ozone concentration in mixed water is conditioned to 0.2-0.5 mg/l.EFFECT: proposed method usage allows to simplify the process of Baikal water obtainment combined with environmental friendliness enhancement due to exclusion of oxygen-and-ozone mixture release into the atmosphere during drinking water production.6 cl, 1 dwg
