<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker with an improved heating efficiency while suppressing cost increase as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises an inner heating coil 1 arranged below a top plate, an outer heating coil 2 provided on an outer periphery of the inner heating coil 1, a first inverter circuit 5 supplying a high frequency current to the inner heating coil 1, a second inverter circuit 7 supplying a high frequency current to the outer heating coil 2, and a control circuit 31 for controlling the first and second inverter circuits 5 and 7. The control circuit 31 drives only the first inverter circuit 5 when a setting power is not more than a predetermined power, and drives the first and second inverter circuits at the same time when the setting power is larger than the predetermined power.
