摘要 A torsion-balance type flow measuring instrument, which comprises a force measuring device and a data processing device. The force measuring device comprises a torsional wire (1), a plane mirror (2), a laser light source (3), a radius gauge (8), a homogeneous sphere (6), a connection rod (5) and a base (16), wherein the torsional wire (1) is installed on the base (16) and rotates around the base (16); the plane mirror (2) is fixed in the middle of the torsional wire (1); the connection rod (5) is fixedly connected to the torsional wire (1); the homogeneous sphere (6) is connected to a lower part of the connection rod (5) to drive the torsional wire (1) and the plane mirror (2) to deflect; a plurality of photosensitive sensors are provided on the radius gauge (8); the plane mirror (2), the radius gauge (8) and the laser light source (3) are located in the same plane; and the photosensitive sensors are used for detecting a laser signal so as to convert the laser signal into an electrical signal. The data processing device comprises a data transmission line (17) and a microprocessor (12), wherein the electrical signal is transmitted to the microprocessor (12) through the data transmission line. The torsion-balance type flow measuring instrument solves the problem of low accuracy in low-flow velocity measurements, and has low costs and convenient operation. Also provided is a measurement method for measuring the flow of a water flow using the torsion-balance type flow measuring instrument.
