PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green phosphor having high conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: Provided is a green phosphor represented by the compositional formula of (SrCa)GaS:Eu(0.03≤x≤0.20, 0<y≤1), and in which the diffraction peak half value width in the (422) plane of an XRD pattern being below 0.18. In the phosphor sheet, a phosphor layer 11 held by water vapor barrier films 12, 13 include the green phosphor and a red phosphor. Since the green phosphor has satisfactory crystallinity, high conversion efficiency can be obtained. |
