The communication context is compared to a stored historical communication context of at least one other mobile device, wherein the stored historical communication context includes at least one of communication parameter estimates, mobile device statistics, mobile device transmit settings, and base station receiver settings. Parameters for communicating with the first mobile device are estimated based on the comparison. |
