<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, while compression molding for adjustment before coating an assembled conductor wire with a coat is possibly carried out so as to eliminate occurrence of backlash and gap in an assembled conductor wire, the molding for adjustment sometimes cause nonuniformity of the load acting on individual outer peripheral element wires; outer peripheral element wires applied with a relatively higher load are driven so as to bent the central element wire; and the driven outer peripheral element wires are arranged in a sunk state, compared with other outer peripheral wires, leading to difficulty of elimination of backlash.SOLUTION: A central element wire 12 is formed higher in hardness than outer peripheral element wires 14, which suppresses sinking of the outer peripheral element wires 14 into the central element wire 12 in an adjustment molding step.</p> |
