The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system that achieves simultaneously both content sharing and archive operation for maintaining a critical data privacy policy. In order to accomplish this purpose, file data publication conditions and a data conversion method are specified for a data accessing station, and only file data matching the publication conditions is provided to the data accessing station after the file data is anonymized by means of the data conversion method. If the publication conditions or the data conversion method is changed, then the already published file data is deleted, or replaced by file data reflecting the change.
