LINEAR ELEMENT OF DEMOUNTABLE PIPELINE

FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: linear element of demountable pipeline consists of a fibreglass pipe with shaped end parts, one of the latter is made as a collar and the other - as a socket. A circular groove is made on the outer surface of the fibreglass socket. The inner surface of the metal socket unit is fitted by a lead-in chamfer and two circular grooves for a rubber pad with a steel safety ring and for a shaped rubber sealing ring. Circular protrusions are made on the outer surface of the socket unit. The outer surface of the fibreglass collar is provided with a lead-in section with a protrusion connected to the metal collar unit. The metal unit is fitted by: a conical lead-in surface, a circular protrusion and a recess with concave radius surface. The recess is ended by a rectangular circular protrusion to fit a demounting tool. A circular flange with a circular protrusion and through longitudinal holes is provided behind the protrusion. The outer part of the socket for depth h1, the inner part of the collar with wall thickness h2 and the pipe are made as a solid fibreglass unit rigidly connected to metal units 5 and 13.EFFECT: increased reliability of demountable pipelines.6 dwg
