A thermoelectric power generation module that can be produced without compromising bonding strength or solderability when bonding a thermoelectric conversion element and an electrode by means of a solder, and that does not cause large increases in electrical resistance over the course of long term use. This thermoelectric power generation module includes: a thermoelectric conversion element comprising a thermoelectric material that has as principal components at least two types of elements from among bismuth, tellurium, antimony, and selenium; at least one diffusion prevention layer that does not contain nickel, and a solder joint layer that comprises nickel, tin, or an alloy or compound that has nickel or tin as a principal component, the diffusion prevention layer(s) and the solder joint layer being disposed in order to one surface of the thermoelectric conversion element; an electrode; an electrode protection layer that is disposed to at least one principal surface of the electrode and that includes a film that has nickel as a principal component and has a thickness of 0.2-3.0 µm; and a solder layer that bonds the solder joint layer to one region of the electrode protection layer. |
