<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in the case where a higher sampling frequency is adopted for a pulse width of a target signal, since a target is spread over a plurality of range bins when performing defruiter processing, blanking range processing is performed in spite of the target signal, a pulse width of the target is made narrow and target detection accuracy may be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In a blanking range determination, the presence/absence of a target signal among N range bins before and after a range bin determined as a jamming candidate is confirmed. If the target signal is present, that range bin is defined as a target and blanking range processing is not performed thereon.
