<p>In the present invention, disclosed is a manufacturing method of a beverage using number one white Platycodon grandiflorum and pears, comprising the steps of: (a) obtaining crushed number one white Platycodon grandiflorum and crushed flesh of pears; (b) mixing 5-7 wt% of the crushed number one white Platycodon grandiflorum with 95-93 wt% of the crushed flesh of pears; (c) heating and sterilizing the mixture from the (b) step; and (d) compressing and filtering the heated and sterilized mixture and accordingly removing solid matter to obtain a filtered solution. According to the manufacturing method of the present invention, young and old people have no repulsion of bitter taste and feel strong smell of Platycodon grandiflorum, thereby enabling people to enjoy the beverage with improved preference and taste.</p> |
