<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming a bellows of a metal tube capable of forming a bellows required for various diameters and sizes of metal tubes by easily controlling the depth and pitch of the bellows. The apparatus for forming a bellows of a metal tube comprises: a placing unit which includes a pair of guide rods which include both end parts supported on upper ends of the support at a predetermined height to be rotated on an upper end of the support and a guide roller which is bolted and fastened to the guide rod to be moved in a longitudinal direction and prevents the flange part of the metal tube from moving in a side direction; an operation unit which includes a lift body lifted up to a predetermined height, a lift guide shaft guiding the lift body to be lifted at a predetermined height, a lift cylinder lifted up to a predetermined height, a driving shaft which is supported by a shaft to be rotated by operating a motor in the lift body, protrudes at a predetermined length toward the placing unit, and is provided between the guide rods, and an upper forming roller which allows a circumferential surface of the metal tube from protruding outward at a predetermined depth by pressing a lower end part of an inner circumferential surface of the metal tube coupled to an end part of the driving shaft and placed on the placing unit at a predetermined depth downward, a support block which supports the lower forming rollers by a shaft to be rotated and moves in an axial direction along a rail, and a movable cylinder which moves the support block.</p> |
