<p>PURPOSE: A data communications device and a method in EVDO network for transmitting and receiving data through a control channel are provided to prevent the waste of EVDO network resource by transmitting and receiving the data through the control channel instead of the traffic channel. CONSTITUTION: A PDSN(100) receives data from a content server. The PDSN offers the wireless data service. An AN(Access Network)(200) receives data from the PDSN. The AN transmits the received data through the control channel. A mobile communications terminal(300) receives a message data through the control channel.</p> |
