The present invention relates to a load test apparatus of a vertically-extended and remodeled building and a load test method thereof. The load test apparatus of a vertically extended and remodeled building comprises: a work space (c) formed by removing a floor slab (A) placed on the upper part of a pile (b) which is inserted in the ground of a building in order to secure a predetermined area; a support member fixated on the surface of the floor slab (A) around the work space (C); a hydraulic member (120) installed between the pile (B) and the support member (110) of the pile (B); and a measuring member (121) for measuring the movement height of the pile (B). The load test method of a vertically-extended and remodeled building comprises steps of: forming the work space (C) by removing the floor slab (A) placed on the upper part of a pile (b) which is inserted in the ground of a building in order to secure a predetermined area; fixating the support member on the surface of the floor slab (A) around the work space (C); installing the hydraulic member (120) between the pile (B) and the support member (110) of the pile (B); and operating the hydraulic member (120) to perform a load test. The load test apparatus of a vertically-extended and remodeled building has the effects of performing a load test by being installed in a small room of the building, and facilitating the load test of a pile inserted in the ground, using the reaction of the floor slab. |
